1. RETURN PERIOD
- We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your package is delivered.
- Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back to us within this 30-day timeframe.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
- All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note on “Buy 1 Get 1” Promotions
- Both items must be returned together for a full refund or store credit. If only one item is returned, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund or store credit.
- Items in this promotion can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product.
- If you wish to exchange only one of the items, please return the one you want to exchange and keep the other.
3. RETURN COSTS
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Return shipping costs vary depending on your courier choice and country of residence.
4. RETURN PROCESSING TIME
- If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing it immediately, ensuring your new item is shipped out as quickly as possible.
- We strive to process all returns promptly. Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days.
- You can track the delivery status of your return using the tracking information provided. After we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds: After the refund is processed, it can take up to 3 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
